Who we are

Ultimis is a community-run Oneblock Minecraft server. This website exists to help you join the server and our community. You can reach us any time at contact@ultimis.net or on Discord.

What we collect

This website has no accounts, and you can use everything on it without entering any personal information.

Optional help requests. If you're having trouble joining the server, you can choose to leave a Discord username or email address. This is sent to our staff team's private Discord channel and used for one purpose only: reaching out to help you join. We don't add you to mailing lists or share it with anyone else. To have it deleted, message us on Discord or email contact@ultimis.net.

The following is collected automatically:

Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.

Meta Pixel. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how well our ads work. It uses cookies and device identifiers to record page views and anonymous interaction events (such as copying the server address or asking for help). Meta's handling of this data is described in the Meta Privacy Policy, and you can manage how Meta uses your data for ads at facebook.com/adpreferences.

Third-party services

Meta Pixel — ad measurement, as described above. Discord — we link to our Discord server and read the public widget API to show how many members are online; no data about you is sent. WidgetBot — the embedded live chat only loads if you click "Open live chat"; once loaded, it is governed by the WidgetBot and Discord privacy policies. mcsrvstat.us — we ask this public API for our own Minecraft server's player count; it receives no personal data about you. Google Fonts — used to display this site's typefaces.

Cookies

The Meta Pixel sets cookies for ad measurement. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.

Data retention & your rights

Beyond standard hosting logs, the only personal data we hold is contact info you voluntarily leave through the help form, kept in our staff Discord channel until your issue is resolved. To ask about, access, or request deletion of any data, email contact@ultimis.net.

Children

This website does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The optional help form is not directed at children; if you believe a child has submitted contact information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
